Description
This is a 4-session group program for WKU students who are willing to commit to attending all 4 weekly sessions via Zoom (3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT on Wednesdays, February 19, 26, March 5, & 12) and practicing mindfulness-based skills and meditations daily over this month period. If you already know you will miss more than one session, please consider joining the group in another semester. Please register by 4:30 p.m. CT on Friday 14, 2025. The group facilitator will review your responses to the screening questions. When your registration is approved, you will receive the automated email from Zoom that contains the Zoom link and meeting ID to join the sessions, and you will be added as a member of this group to the Counseling Center Psychoeducational Group Resources site (ORG202000080) on the WKU Blackboard.
